Over time, as she has ascended to the role of an Official, she has begun to grapple with the complexities of leadership and decision-making. While she is still grounded in her principles, she is learning to see beyond the binary of right and wrong. This evolving perspective has made her more empathetic and open-minded, though she occasionally struggles with the weight of the decisions she must make.

Profile: The leader of Tyto’s Special Missions Unit; the Red Sky. Belisia has dedicated her life to protecting the people of Spire from the shadows. During the initial phase of the Quarantine, the Red Sky were not given clearance to enter the country due to lack of “Sonoma” knowledge. Once they were given the ok, Belisia and her team entered Nacirema and began restoring order. Once the mission was completed, Belisia felt compelled to sit down with Quinn Cole and discuss her experience with complete transparency. This interview went viral forcing the Board of Officials to bring Belisia into the fold. As an official she creates Nimbus, a Joint Task Force that operates in the open with no jurisdiction.

SHUYIN HAGAMURI | AGE: 20

Personality: Shuyin is fiercely determined and dedicated, driven by a strong moral compass shaped by the scars of his past. He possesses a sharp intellect and is exceptionally skilled in his field, often thinking several steps ahead of adversaries. Despite his serious demeanor, he has a compassionate side that he shows to those he trusts. Shuyin can be stubborn and headstrong, often putting himself in danger to uncover the truth. His experiences have made him somewhat guarded, but he values loyalty and will go to great lengths to protect those he cares about. He has a dry sense of humor that emerges in tense situations, allowing him to cope with the weight of his responsibilities.

Profile: Not much is known about Shuyin other than him being the son of famous Author Reagan Valentine and the late Mikito Hagamuri. For most of his life he lived in Yamakan and was home schooled. It is unknown when he and Quinn Cole became friends but the two decide to work together during the quarantine. Shuyin played a key role in discovering the person responsible for the attack. He also eliminated multiple high-level threats while protecting Nacirema Socialite August Ansari. His heroics got the attention of Belisia Asuhara and when the time came for her to create Nimbus, Shuyin was at the top of the list.

KOUKEN MASIMUTO | AGE: 22

Personality: Kouken is observant and meticulous, traits that make him an exceptional agent. He possesses a natural ability to assess situations critically and act decisively. His loyalty to his unit is unwavering; he deeply values camaraderie and trust. Kouken is known for his calm demeanor even in high-pressure situations, often acting as a stabilizing force for those around him. He is protective of his friends and family, willing to go to great lengths to ensure their safety. Though he can come off as serious, he has a softer side that emerges in quiet moments, revealing a compassionate and supportive nature.

Profile: Born into the House of Enenra, Kouken is a 3rd generation immigrate with strong cultural ties to Sheol. With both parents working closely with Rashomon and the Maneo family, the road map for Kouken was meticulously planned out before he could walk. After graduating from Mikkyo Garden, Kouken joined Sector (A Private Security Company for the Board of Officials) and was assigned to the Director Ward Maneo. During the Sonoma Incident, Kouken was tasked with protecting Nacirema’s President Marcus Lane. Once the quarantine was lifted Belisia Asuhara put together the Joint Task Force Nimbus and inserting Kouken was a no brainer.

SAMARA ASUHARA | Age: 22

Personality: Samara is the embodiment of stoicism and precision. She approaches her work with a ruthlessness that leaves little room for empathy or emotional connection, often viewing relationships as distractions from her objectives. Her demeanor is often described as “robotic,” as she tends to speak in succinct, command-like phrases, focusing on the task at hand rather than social niceties. Observational by nature, she makes detailed assessments of those around her, often analyzing their potential usefulness or threat level. Personality: Manu is exuberantly boastful and carries himself with an air of confidence that can sometimes border on arrogance. He sees himself as the main character of his generation, a sentiment he often vocalizes in conversations. Despite his occasional lack of humility, he possesses a magnetic charm that draws people in. His free-spirited nature makes him adventurous and spontaneous, always ready to embark on new experiences. However, beneath his bravado lies a deep-seated craving for acceptance, stemming from his unique upbringing. While he may come off as overzealous at times, Manu is a loyal friend and an excellent ally, always willing to support those in his circle when they need him most

Profile: Known for his legendary run in the Kian City Street Battles, Manu is the living peace treaty between the Yagyu and Sishimata families. During the quarantine, Manu was tasked with protecting Dr. Rumi Kaza while she created the Sonoma antivirus. Not only did he complete his mission, but he also fought alongside the Red Sky to push back the Dingoes during their assault on the Bureau. After the quarantine was lifted, Belisia Asuhara offered Manu a spot in her Joint Task Force. Despite being rejected multiple times, she reached out to Manu’s parents and both families believe Manu’s inclusion in Nimbus would enhance their public image. Now Manu is forced to work for a government he doesn’t believe in.

KALE SCHAEFER | AGE: 25

Personality: Kale is known for his bluntness and sharp wit. He has a knack for cutting through pretense with his acerbic humor, which can be both refreshing and infuriating to those around him. His sarcasm often hides a keen intelligence, and he is not afraid to point out the flaws in others’ reasoning, making him a polarizing figure in the workplace. While some admire his honesty and directness, others find it abrasive and off-putting. He approaches his work with a calculating mindset, preferring to analyze situations thoroughly before making decisions. His refusal to accept “no” for an answer drives him to push boundaries, often leading him to unconventional solutions that, while unusual, are often effective.

Profile: Known for his White Hat work on the Orizon, Kale is a seasoned Cybersecurity professional and Weaponista. After a run in with the Chimera and the sketchy death of his father Theodore Schaefer, Kale dedicated his life to uncovering the truth. When Nacirema went into quarantine, Kale begged Belisia to take him with her inside so he could test out his Artificial Sentient Program ASTRID. Not only does ASTRID play a key role in the Data Collection and Communication, it also brings him face to face with the person responsible for the death of his father. Kale’s role in the Sonoma Incident earns him a spot on the Joint Task Force Nimbus.
