Profile: A member of the first Joint Task Force, Shango. Belisia has dedicated her life to protecting the people of Spire. When Nacirema went under quarantine (Sonoma Incident), she was chosen to lead a team inside to eliminate the threat. Once the mission was completed, Rashomon most notably the Board of Officials were under fire globally by the people of Spire after Quinn Cole’s Bubble Broadcast and Multiple leaks from the rogue faction Coney. Believing transparency is key to establishing faith. Bellisa sits down with Quinn and does an exclusive interview answering all questions. This one action tipped the balance of power and forced the Board to give their once obedient soldier a seat at the table as Head of Defense. Her first action as an Official… She creates Nimbus, a new Joint Task Force that operates in the open.

Personality: The best word to describe Shuyin is altruistic. Always willing to walk in the fire for someone else. Although he is naturally reserved, Shuyin has an amusing way of teasing people. Despite this, he never belittles those who are less knowledgeable than him. Rather, he serves as a source of encouragement and inspiration to everyone around him. Because of his charisma and caring nature, people tend to gather around him, allies, and supporters alike.
Profile: Believed to have died during an Onoqui outbreak (Blood Virus) when he was nine. Shuyin made his return during the Sonoma Incident and played a key role in putting a stop to Nacirema’s five-month long quarantine. His involvement garnered both praised and suspicion. Regardless of his past, his heroics caught the attention of Belisia Asuhara the Board of Officials new Head of Defense. It wasn’t long before the two would meet and Shuyin is offered a spot in Nimbus.
KOUKEN MASIMUTO | AGE: 20

Personality: Kouken is a highly skilled, decorated soldier with a knack for navigating disaster. Kouken is observant and attentive, always taking in his surroundings and evaluating the situation with scrutiny before acting. When faced with danger, he displays his violent and ruthless side. Being a unit and trusting each other are the most important things to Kouken. Having said that, if you join his unit, you will have his loyalty. Kouken will do everything possible to protect his friends/family.
Profile: Born into a life revolving around government officials and various agencies, Kouken already had one foot in the door before he knew where the door was. Kouken graduated from Mikkyo Garden a year early and joined Sector (A Private Security Company for the Board of Officials) and was assigned to the Director. During the Sonoma Incident, Kouken was handpicked by Belisia Asuhara to join her team. While in the walls, Kouken protected President Marcus Lane from multiple threats. Once the quarantined was lifted and Belisia put her new Joint Task Force together Kouken was a no brainer.
SAMARA ASUHARA | Age: 21

Personality: Cold, indifferent and ruthlessly efficient in her work. Samara displays little care for or trust in others, only coming alive during the “mission”. At times she exhibits “robotic” mannerisms, often speaking in the form of verbal commands and making detailed observations about the people she encounters. More times than not, Samara is fine living in her own head.

MANU YAGYU | AGE: 20

Personality: Manu is a person who is carefree, relaxed, and dedicated to honing his abilities. According to Manu, God chose him to become the King of Fists for this generation. He may lack humility and sometimes be overzealous, but when the time comes, there is no better agent to have by your side. Due to his unique upbringing, it was tough for him to feel fully accepted on both sides, so in a way, Nimbus is who he considers his family.
Profile: Manu comes from the renowned assassin clan and represents a living Peace Treaty between the Yagyu and Sishimata families. When the quarantine was in full force, Manu was tasked with infiltrating Nacirema and protecting the scientists as they worked to complete the Anti Sonoma Virus. He continues to safeguard the scientists while Triage Zones are established to administer the anti-virus to the infected. Belisia Asuhara wants to attract Manu to her unit by asking the Yagyu and Sishimata families once the Quarantine is lifted. Both families approve Manu’s membership in Nimbus as they believe it will enhance the image of their families.
KALE SCHAEFER | AGE: 25

Personality: Kale is a blunt, sarcastic, acerbic, and calculating individual with a deadpan sense of humor. Never afraid to speak the truth and point out the shortcomings of others when making a point. He’s self-aware enough to recognize when he is infuriating those around him or when his actions come across as strange and/or unnecessary. Kale is both frowned on and admired by his colleagues for his brutal honesty, his unusual work habits, and lack of social skills.
Profile: Known for his takedown of the Cybercrime group Gizmo, Kale was requested by Belisa Asuhara to oversee field logistics during the Sonoma Incident. After a grueling five months, the operation is a success, but Kale is now under the microscope with two attacks hitting so close to home. Still a man loyal to protecting the peace of Ketiyama, he shrugs off any critique or judgement thrown his way. This works in his favor when Belisia offers him a position in Nimbus.
