Profile: During the Sonoma Incident, Quinn established herself as the Voice of Spire by streaming live on the Bubble from within the quarantined zone. She put her life on the line to expose those responsible while shining a light on the individuals working to put an end to the chaos. After the quarantine is lifted, Quinn meets with Belisia Asuhara for an exclusive interview on the Bubble and the world turns upside down. After gaining a cult like following, the Pulse has given her the freedom to report on the stories she chooses however she decides to.

Personality: Soji is the embodiment of loyalty, common sense & honesty. His position is to do the right thing at all costs regardless of criticism or how judgmental he may come across. Through years of service, Soji has learned to separate emotion from action. This does not mean he is completely detached; he’s just found a way to compartmentalize his emotions when necessary.    

Profile: During the initial stages of the Sonoma Incident, many inspectors from the Bureau left with their families. Soji was tasked with recovering the Vice President’s daughter August Ansari. After extraction Soji stays in the quarantined zone to assist with eliminating the threat. After the Incident, Soji is recognized by the Board and all of the U.H.C. He is then elevated from his position as Inspector to the Secret Service where he is now the primary protector of August.

Personality: Born into a political dynasty, August carries an air of innate confidence and an understanding of the world’s elite, yet she harbors a strong rebellious streak. She is fiercely ambitious and determined, having aggressively carved out her own path in the cutthroat fashion world rather than conforming to the expectations of her family’s legacy. Intelligent and perceptive, she navigates social circles with grace but possesses a sharp wit and a tendency to challenge authority when she feels it’s necessary. Profile: After wrapping up production on a film in Yamakan, August returns home earlier and finds herself trapped inside Nacirema as Sonoma envelopes the country. While attempting to reach her parents, the Socialite is kidnapped by the Black Book Agent Ashur Hilaf and taken to the Van Aken District
in Darco. After a month of captivity, August is rescued by Shuyin Hagamuri and the rest is history.
